Temperature profiling is the process of recording the temperatures of products and the air through a heat-treating process. Thermocouples are connected directly to the products and at different locations as it travels through the oven or furnace, measuring both the surface and ambient air temperature, giving you the information needed to troubleshoot or adjust temperature settings as needed.
